What if the next level of your leadership isn't about becoming more?
More confident. More assertive. More productive. More resilient.
What if it's about finally understanding what gets in the way of the leader you already are?
“Women Who Lead & Thrive” is an exploration of the invisible architecture beneath how women lead: the beliefs we inherited, the adaptations we developed, the ways we learned to belong, achieve, stay safe, prove ourselves, keep the peace, and earn our place.
Because those patterns don't disappear when we become successful.
They come to work with us.
They stay silent in meetings.
They don’t negotiate.
They are afraid to speak up and step up.
They accomodate too much.
And they often limit our authentic leadership expression.
If this sounds familar, this talk is for you.
Come join us for an evening exploring what becomes possible when we stop trying to perform leadership and begin understanding the person underneath it.
“Women Who Lead & Thrive” is a free, interactive evening of ideas, reflection, conversation, and practical exploration for women who want to understand themselves more deeply and lead from that understanding.
Together, we'll look beneath the usual conversations about confidence, communication, and executive presence and explore the deeper patterns that shape how we lead, speak, connect, set boundaries, navigate uncertainty, and take up space.
Come curious. Come exactly as you are.
Leave with a deeper understanding of how you lead, and what might become possible when you lead more fully as yourself.
What People Are Saying
“Women Who Lead & Thrive” was previously presented as “She Leads & Thrives”.
“I attended She Leads & Thrives talk in LA out of curiosity and left with a deeper understanding of how my personal experiences shape my workplace relationships and leadership style. Anna emphasized that leadership begins with self-awareness and meeting yourself where you are, which was incredibly impactful. Unlike many leadership talks that focus only on the end result, Anna provided practical, actionable steps for growth. The content felt relatable, realistic, and immediately applicable. I would highly recommend her as a speaker. Her message, insight and tools are especially meaningful for women at any career stage.”
Stephanie S., Kaiser Permanente, SoCal
“It has been a privilege to partner with Anna on She Leads & Thrives event and experience firsthand the power of her work. Anna brings a unique blend of wisdom, authenticity, and energy to every presentation, guiding professionals through meaningful conversations about leadership, mindset, and career growth. She does not just speak to an audience; she connects with them. Her content resonates long after the room clears. I wholeheartedly recommend Anna to any organization ready to invest in the people who power it.”
Ramona Q., MillerKnoll, Los Angeles
“Anna’s She Leads and Thrives talk has left me feeling empowered. It was a wake-up call to stop conforming to the traditional roles women tend to fall into in male-dominated fields, and to start standing up for oneself instead. She doesn’t only teach about leading as a woman; she also explores the patterns and expectations instilled in us that keep us from succeeding in leadership positions. She has a way with words that guides you to uncover the inner feelings and stigmas blocking your authentic self. Anna’s confidence and compassion create a safe space that makes you feel instantly understood, seen, gives you the courage to step into your own power.”

Hi, I am Anna
I'm a leadership coach, speaker, and Human Potential Architect with nearly 30 years of experience leading projects, developing teams, and helping people grow into their fullest potential.
Throughout my career, I've become fascinated by one question: Why do some people thrive while others remain stuck, despite having talent, intelligence, and good intentions?
That question led me to explore leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, neuroscience, and human behavior. Today, I help professionals develop the awareness, confidence, and practical skills needed to lead themselves and others more effectively.
My talks blend science, real-world leadership experience, and honest conversations about what it means to grow, communicate, and lead with courage in today's world.
I believe that meaningful change is intentional and begins with self-awareness, and that courage is often the bridge between knowing what to do and actually doing it.
I'm looking forward to sharing this conversation with you.
